Research associations, initiatives and companies in the community of Lehre!

LeLender is an innovative, digital calendar of events for the entire community of Lehre and the surrounding towns. Like any public engagement, it first needs to be publicized in order to become useful. To do this, we need to find and approach those who post events, and then we need to get LeLender out into the public. We are looking for committed people who would like to help us with this. We will explain exactly how the LeLender works, and practice setting it up and using it with you.

Your Tasks

Find out who can post dates in the LeLender. The dates should interest the public and have a certain uniqueness; A trail day for young people in the sports club, for example, but not the weekly soccer training for the 60+ team. Or an Easter buffet in the restaurant, but not the daily opening hours.

• Which clubs, players and suitable companies are there in Lehre and in the neighboring towns?
• Who are the contact persons who deal with public relations and web? And who are the decision-makers? Postal, mail addresses and telephone?

What's needed

• Interest in research and sharing the findings
• Basic skills in Word and Excel (licenses can be provided if needed)

Time required

The timing is super flexible, because you work independently, possibly mobile, and like to coordinate with us in person, but also via video conference or chat. You should be able to invest two or three hours a week on average. We can handle it well if, for example, you are a student and want to "hit the ground running" for one or two weeks, but also "log off" completely for a few weeks during exam period.

Therefore, your activity is harmless from a data protection point of view. However, you must be aware that any further data you may find is irrelevant to the task and may not be stored. The Lebendiges Lehre Foundation supports the associations and initiatives in the municipality of Lehre with its eight localities in their activities by enabling, cooperating and collaborating. Therefore, it provides a mobile stage that makes it possible to simply move events "outside" and an events calendar for the entire municipality and neighboring localities. We also help the stakeholders by providing advice, financial support and our network.
