Support at a music festival in Stuttgart

Hihi :) we are looking for committed people who would like to support us with our presence at the Kesselfestival, a music festival in Stuttgart. The festival will take place on 31.05.2024 and 01.06.2024: https://kesselfestival.de/ 
We will be represented there with a stand for our reforestation projects in Indonesia and Uganda and have the opportunity to collect pledge donations for our projects in front of the stage on the festival grounds. To do this, we need mobile teams to make contact with visitors at the festival and collect the donations for us. Not only will you be contributing to the reforestation of degraded areas in Uganda and Borneo, but you can also enjoy the festival's live acts ;) We look forward to seeing you!

Your Tasks

• Walk around the festival grounds and collect deposit donations at the festival (instead of handing in their cup, they can also give it to you and donate it to us. You will be equipped accordingly and briefed by us)
• Partial support at our information stand
• Cooperation in teams of 2 to 3 people

Time required

• It would be about taking over a shift at the festival
• One shift lasts 5 hours including break
• We have a need for a shift on both 31.05 and 01.06. On both days the first shift would be from 01:00 - 06:00 pm and the second from 06:00 - 11:00 pm. More information by e-mail, we will then make a sensible arrangement together.

Important notice

• The festival takes place on 31.05 and 01.06, there are 2 shifts on each day. You can do a maximum of one shift per day.
• Over 18 years old
• Catering during the shift included 
• Festival entry included
• We need a total of around 12 people for the two festival days to collect pledge donations on the site in teams of 2. So if you want to start a cool campaign with your friends, you are welcome to come along together

We fight climate change by enabling farmers in the tropics to make a living out of reforesting degraded land. We believe the wellbeing of the planet and the local population go hand in hand. That's why we don’t just reforest, but rather combine forestry with agriculture on the same land to create ecological and economic benefits.
