About the volunteering opportunity

For an existing dance course for children from six to twelve years, mostly with refugee background from Ukraine, we are looking for one or two responsible person(s) who has/have the desire to continue the course. The goal of the course is to strengthen a heterogeneous group, to dance together, to have fun, and to improve language skills and learn from each other in exchange.

If you would like to offer the children a change from everyday life and have a heart for refugee children, please contact us. You will not only fulfill a meaningful task - you will also receive a lot of gratitude!

In the future, it would be nice if the course could be led by a tandem team, i.e. one person with and one person without a refugee background, so that the group can mix and contacts outside of their own community can be fostered. But this is not a must!

We are looking forward to you! :)

As Johanniter, we are one of the largest aid organizations in Germany. The help from person to person forms the central motive of our work.
