Care of children as part of the Lilalu vacation program in Ingolstadt

Lilalu, the education and vacation program of Johanniter-Unfall-Hilfe e.V., offers competent all-day care for children from Ingolstadt during the vacations. In professionally guided workshops, five- to 13-year-olds practice various disciplines ranging from acrobatics to parkour to magic, while strengthening social skills such as self-confidence, teamwork, and the ability to concentrate.

To support the workshop leaders in supervising, organizing and guiding the workshop groups, we are always looking for vacation supervisors aged 16 and over.

Your Tasks

As a vacation supervisor, you will work as an equal member of a team and support the workshop leadership in the pedagogical supervision, organization and guidance of the workshop groups.

In the context of this, we and especially the children will be happy:

- if you lead various games during the workshop.

- if you bring in creative ideas to carry out resting phases with the participants.

- if you have an open ear for the participating children and young people and their needs.

- if you support the children and young people in their excitement before the show.

- if you would like to attend our seminar before your first assignment, where you will learn important pedagogical basics and the organizational process of the project.

Thereby you will gain versatile practical experience in dealing with children and teenagers in the field of cultural education and experiential education under the guidance of Lilalu's pedagogical team.

Time required

For our Lilalu vacation program in Ingolstadt, we are looking motivated vacation carers from 21.08. - 26.08.2023 who will support us from about 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. In order to get to know the children in your group and to build a stable relationship with them, it would be nice if you could be there the entire vacation week. On these days you will spend about 8 hours with the children

Important notice

Before your assignment, we need an extended certificate of good conduct from you. This is free of charge for you! We will gladly support you in applying for it.

Per day you will receive an allowance of 40€ per day

Lilalu, the education and vacation program of the Johanniter, has been an established and
highly frequented vacation program in Munich for years. The participating children and young people have fun learning new arts from aerial acrobatics to stunt action, while strengthening important social skills. The workshops are led by trained workshop leaders who enjoyed a recognized training in the respective discipline and volunteer supervisors who guide and take care of the participants during the workshop.
